The Premises and its Buildings

There are two main buildings, both in the premises of the forest and grassland.

On the left is the main building with two units as seen clearly on the easterly-west side of the picture. Behind this is located the multifunctional auxiliary building.

The barn with its stables are visible on the left side of the picture. This building is divided between the high barn (right-hand building) and the lower barn on the left.

The path below leads to the photovoltaic site and the workshop for the small boat carpentry.

II. PIANO PRIMO

Upper area : Apartement "ROSMARINO" with an open Livingroom-Kitchen area, Bedrooms, Bathroom, Wintergarden.

Lower area : Apartement "ALBA" with two Bedrooms and the Auxiliary Building.

III. Auxiliary Building with Multifunctionalroom, Bathroom and Side-Room.
